Low sodium salt products are hitting the market - lowering the salt content of products.

But can the British guess how much salt in the seemingly healthy food they eat? Everyday.

Kate Quilton, presenter of the Channel 4 show, entered the streets to test the knowledge of the British public.

They were shocked to find out how much salt was in their food.

They found that a slice of whole brown bread, there was the same amount of salt as two packets of salted chips ready.

The fresh supermarket soup contains the same amount of salt as seven packets of chips ready to be salted.

More surprisingly, sashimi sushi contain the same amount of salt as 16 packages (19459002)

Recently, the programmed revealed that vitamin D is the only supplement Food that is worth being replaced by vitamin D.

While visiting a potato farm in Norfolk, Matt went to the root of the problem.

Speaking to the farmer, he discovered that potatoes are beginning to become green when exposed to light.
