 An image, uploaded to Reddit, claims to show exactly what is happening in the delicious treatment - and decomposition of ingredients is shocking. 
 
 The image shows a standard jar of Nutella, and next to it a pot of the same shape and size, with the supposed ingredients presented in a layer. 
 
 There are only five ingredients: palm oil, cocoa, hazelnuts, skim milk powder and sugar.
