STRONG of Zumba: Could this new training be the best exercise for losing weight? Keeping Diets Life & Style

Zumba starts an edgy new HIIT cardio and bodyweight training program, STRONG from Zumba, where every train is synchronized with the beat of the music.

Zumba, As everyone knows, is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancers and choreographers Alberto "Beto" Perez in the 1990s.

In its core, Zumba classes offer a great calorie burning done through aerobic activity with interval training in the eye.

And the average person will burn about 600 to 1000 calories in a Zumba class.

Recent studies have shown that dealing with music allows the body to use energy more efficiently and distract people from pain and fatigue, increase mood, increase endurance, and increase metabolic capacity promote.

The participants of STRONG from Zumba are supposed to make more burpees, knee bends and failures in each class and reach their fitness and body transformation goals more quickly.

STRONG of Zumba is together with team GB athletes and Olympian Perri Shakes-Drayton and Made in Chelsea Star and personal trainer Ryan Libbey to bring the program to their fans.

Perry Shakes-Drayton said, "Music is the key to any education I do, it gives me that extra thrust to push through the pain barrier, so I moved from Zumba to STRONG

"Because it's a HIIT style workout that's synchronized with the music, it's different from anything I've tried. It is surprisingly difficult and funny. "

Ryan Libbey added," I'm a fan of HIIT Workouts - for me and for my customers - but that's something new for me.

"It's a hard workout and the role that music plays in driving to do more is really obvious when you eat exhaustion - you just seem to go on."

STRONG of Zumba classes start nationwide this month. To find your next class, visit www.strongbyzumba.com.
