 More than 100 tons of hot dogs containing metal parts recalled   

May 20 (UPI) - More than 200,000 pounds of hot dogs from Nathan and Curtis are recalled after complaints, meat products contain metal parts.


The recall of 210,606 pounds of hot dogs includes the 14-ounce packages of "Nathan's Skinless 8 Beef Franks", with a use by date of August 19, 2017 and 16-ounce packages of "Curtis Beef Master Beef Franks, "With use by date of June 15, 2017.


The national recall includes figures of beef produced on January 26, 2017, with "EST". 296 printed on the side of the package.


"The problem was discovered after the establishment received three metallic object complaints in the packages of frank beef products," said the US Department of Agriculture In his reminder. "There has been no confirmed report on adverse reactions or injuries from the use of these products. Anyone who is concerned about an injury or illness should contact a health care provider."
