"Nobody talks about TOC, no one talks about what it actually is. I thought I was going crazy.

R The elder father, Sean, ran the London Marathon last month for the charity of the Royals Heads Together, challenging the stigma around mental health and collecting money, Money for the cause.

Podcast host, Bryony Gordon, also completed the 26.2-mile course for Heads Together and was particularly touched by her speech with Reuben, as she also fought TOC from her younger age. Speaking at 14, Bryony emotionally reflects that "you listen, it 's like listening to me when I was your age."

In the first episode of Mad World, Bryony spoke to HRH Prince Harry - who led the Head Together campaign - about his own experience of mental health in dealing with his mother's loss.

Later episodes saw Bryony talking to former NHS mental health director Mandy Stevens about what to do with practitioners and patients and bloggers and writers Sold by Mummy, The Unmumsy Mum, Sarah Turner and Giovanni Fletcher about spontaneous abortion and the pressures felt by modern mothers.
