World Asthma Day: Delhi, let this five-year-old girl blow
Suditi likes to dance, but she is no longer able to attend her classes.
After living in the United States for 2 years, Suditi's family moved to Delhi, and then began his struggle with something that we all do unintentionally; breathing. Just five years, it must already restrict its daily activities because of the pollution of Delhi.
India has experienced a tremendous increase in asthma in children over the last decade due to environmental pollution. Seventeen percent of children under the age of 10 in the country suffer from respiratory diseases. Children as young as Suditi develop asthma before they can even walk.
