The new Lululemon sports bra is the only one you'll want to wear this summer - Style

Finding the right sports bra, especially a running, is crucial. I mean, apart from a good pair of kicks, a sports supporter is a top priority. This is why I was excited when Lululemon asked me to test their new Support ($ 98; lululemon.com)

. Enlit Bra

.

I admit, I'm already fan of Lululemon sports bras. I ran some of my marathons in their Tam Ta Tamer, so I hoped that this model would be just as good. And the supporter stylish and surprisingly simple and free did not disappoint. (I guess that 's what happens when women researchers get together and spend two years working and testing a sports bra.)

After two full weeks with the Enlite, which has a slightly different design based on your waist to ensure that your daughters get everything they need, that's my thoughts.

Looks

This is pretty, maybe a modest but still pretty cut. Often I find that bras that are meant for big busts are lacking in the style department. But if I was the type of girl to go without a shirt, I felt good by putting this picture on the screen.

Switching on and off

While it was easy for me to slip, I had trouble closing the two hook closures in the back. However, this is probably due to the fact that I always put on a bra as a child - you know, tie it to the front and turn it. But I think for women who have mastered the art of putting a bra on the right track, this should not be a problem.

Fit

When I put it, it looked like butter against my skin. Seriously, it was so comfortable. And this style of encapsulation (without uniboob!) Fits really well too. I mean it was as if Lululemon had taken a mold from my chest and made this bra specially for me.

In addition, it went well at the waist. I wear a 36D in traditional bras, and that is the size I hung in the Enlite. (FYI: sizes range from 32B to 40DD). But, you might want to venture into a store to try it out to be safe. After all, you do not want to have it at home and find out that your breasts are spreading, there are wrinkles or wrinkles in the fabric, the bottom band does not stay, or the bra sticks or rubs No matter where. These are all telltale signs that you're in the wrong bra, what I've learned over the years from LaJean Lawson, Ph.D., an exercise scientist and a specialist in Movement of the breast.

Belts

This bra has two traditional straps (top and bottom) with two that cross at the back, and they are nice and thick, so the skins are really locked. And while the straps are not adjustable, what I thought was a problem, I still felt, for lack of better expression, attached. Also note: the back straps are superb under a cut tank.

I have always said that the brand of a good sports bra is the one that I forget that I wear. Not once, I had to re-adjust the straps, pull the lower band down, or rub with that bra in some way before, during or after one of my races or a session. HIIT training - with high knees, stride, skater's legs, etc. . - that I have passed. I will say however that after I remove it, the Enlite was soaked. The funny thing: I never felt wet while it was on. Obviously, the Enlite is great to sweat the sweat of the body.

In the whole

If you want a sports bra that looks good, it feels good and supports you, especially if you fall on the wider side of the spectrum of the cup, then the Lululemon Enlite is a great choice. I will not lie, it is super expensive. I mean that there are many things I could get for 98 dollars. But I found that I would rather spend a little more money on the vanguard rather than face unwanted bumps, which does not just hurt as hell, But can cause my perky breasts to sag prematurely.
